UV weathering test provides two kinds of wet simulation methods. The most widely used is the condensation method, which is the best way to simulate outdoor wet erosion. Condensation
In many outdoor environments, the material can be wet for up to 12 hours per day. Studies have shown that the main cause of this outdoor dampness is dew, not rain. During the condensation cycle, water vapor is generated by heating the water tray at the bottom of the tester. Hot steam keeps the test chamber at 100% relative humidity at higher temperatures.
